My purchase is missing
Open Settings > Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.
How do I get a refund?
Payments go through Apple or Google, so refunds are requested from them: Apple, Google Play.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. The game is single-player and works offline. Optional rewarded videos need a connection; when there is none, waiting or Gems still work.
Can I get an animal I missed?
Yes. Animals are never sold. Every friend, including seasonal event animals, comes back later and can be rehomed just by playing.
Is Pawnest connected to a real animal shelter?
No. The shelter and the animals are made up. Pawnest uses no real shelter or charity names and does not collect donations. If you would like to help real animals, please contact a shelter near you.
